Mane Event Horseshow 2014 proved to be one of the best shows yet! Timber Hills brought four horses to show, Born to Charm, The Crescendo, Absolutely Got It, and He’s Not Bad. Flying in for the weekend was Avis and Nadine VanZomeren to show in two classes each. Nadine expertly rode Born to Charm to win the largest class of the session. They bested a field of eleven to win the Limit Show Pleasure class. Nadine and “Ollie” also picked up a reserve championship finish in the USEF Adult Medal class, qualifying for the finals next year in Lexington, Kentucky. Winning the Adult USEF was twin sister Avis VanZomeren aboard the homebred 4-year old, Absolutely Got It. Avis directed this young superstar through a perfect pattern to claim the win. Catching riding for Timber Hills Farm was the expert rider Janet Thompson. She showed the flashy chestnut, The Crescendo to extend her winning streak from St. Louis Charity Horseshow to 3 blues in a row. “Ernie” has found his calling in the Park Pleasure division, sweeping both classes at the show. This ended the 2014 show season campaign for Timber Hills and everyone is looking forward to a little break before preparations for the 2015 show season begins. This is a wonderful time of year to being to look for your next mount. We have several horses available in multiple divisions, so check out our sale page for your next champion!
